Return to your rest, my soul,
for the LORD has been good to you.
For you, LORD, have delivered me from death,
my eyes from tears,
my feet from stumbling,
that I may walk before the LORD
in the land of the living.
(Psalm 116:7-9, NIV)*

The words of Psalm 116: 7-9 truly is a great cause to praise Almighty God, especially when we can use them relating to our real situation in life. He truly is a wonderful God, Hallelujah brother David!
When you have come through a near death experience, this Psalm has a special meaning that applies to us both!
“He brought me out of the miry clay,
He set my feet on the Rock to stay;
He puts a song in my soul today,
A song of praise, hallelujah!” – Henry J. Zelley, 1898
Oh, so true!
