Today’s quote and prayer from
“Psalms 365: Develop a Life of Worship and Prayer”
by David Kitz.

Reading: Psalm 119:25-32
Father God,
you are right to call me to account.
I humble myself before you.
Keep me from deceitful ways;
be gracious to me and teach me your law (v. 29).
I want to please you.
Amen.

“Therefore, you Israelites,
I will judge each of you according to your own ways,
declares the Sovereign LORD.
Repent!
Turn away from all your offenses;
then sin will not be your downfall.
Rid yourselves of all the offenses
you have committed,
and get a new heart and a new spirit.
Why will you die, people of Israel?
For I take no pleasure in the death of anyone,
declares the Sovereign LORD.
Repent and live!
(Ezekiel 18:30-32 NIV)*
