“Psalms 365: Develop a Life of Worship and Prayer”
Today’s Reading: Psalm 73:21-28 (NIV)*
Listen to today’s reading by Jonathan Dent:
LORD God,
I want to have your perspective.
I want to see as you see.
Help me to set my thoughts on the right path.
Remind me to take time to be with you.
But as for me,
it is good to be near God.
Amen.

Gospel Reading:
The Greatest in the Kingdom of Heaven
At that time the disciples came to Jesus and asked,
“Who, then, is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven?”
He called a little child to him,
and placed the child among them.
And he said:
“Truly I tell you,
unless you change and become like little children,
you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.
Therefore, whoever takes the lowly position
of this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven.
And whoever welcomes one such child
in my name welcomes me.
(Matthew 18:1-5).

Dear friends,
if our hearts do not condemn us,
we have confidence before God
and receive from him anything we ask,
because we keep his commands
and do what pleases him.
(1 John 3:21-22 NIV)
