Today’s quote and prayer from
“Psalms 365: Develop a Life of Worship and Prayer”

Today’s Reading: Psalm 144:5-10

LORD God,
I look forward to the return of Jesus.
He alone can fix this mess.
Lord Jesus,
help me to do what I can to speed your return.
Let your gospel be preached
in the entire world as a witness.
Amen.

— — — —

Because of the increase of wickedness,
the love of most will grow cold,

but the one who stands firm
to the end will be saved.

And this gospel of the kingdom
will be preached in the whole world
as a testimony to all nations,
and then the end will come.

(Matthew 24:12-14 NIV)*
