I love the Psalms 
I think it’s absolutely critical to realize that your burdens do not have to be handled alone. Knowing that you have someone seriously on your side can be the difference between pressing forward and achieving your goals or breaking down and stopping completely.
That’s very true. We all need encouragement and support.
