Today’s quote and prayer from
“Psalms 365: Develop a Life of Worship and Prayer”
by David Kitz.

Reading: Psalm 119:33-40
Father God,
I want to see you.
Open my eyes to your wonders around me.
Teach me your ways
in practical life altering steps
that draw me close to you.
Open your Word to me.
Amen.
— — — —
He [Jesus] said to them,
“How foolish you are,
and how slow to believe all
that the prophets have spoken!
Did not the Messiah have to suffer these things
and then enter his glory?”
And beginning with Moses
and all the Prophets,
he [Jesus] explained to them
what was said in all the Scriptures
concerning himself.
(Luke 24:30-32 NIV)*
